FREE RETURN POLICY
You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Phoebe James reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Phoebe James’s sole discretion.
Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment. Before shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and postage-paid FedEx label. All returns must have an RMA. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, a copy of the invoice, affix the label to the outside of your package and drop off at a FedEx location.
Returns to Phoebe James are processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
In most cases, products purchased at a discounted price may only be returned for store credit. If a refund is authorized, return shipping will be subtracted from the return amount.
CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of an order. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
