SHIPPING

Phoebe James ships via USPS to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), with an optional FedEx 2-Day option.  Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Phoebe James cannot be responsible for unanticipated delay.

Returns
FREE RETURN POLICY

You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Phoebe James reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Phoebe James’s sole discretion.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment. Before shipping, please contact phoebe@phoebejames.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and postage-paid FedEx label. All returns must have an RMA. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, a copy of the invoice, affix the label to the outside of your package and drop off at a FedEx location.  

REFUNDS

Returns to Phoebe James are processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

SALES MERCHANDISE

In most cases, products purchased at a discounted price may only be returned for store credit. If a refund is authorized, return shipping will be subtracted from the return amount.

FAQ
SALES TAX

Phoebe James charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to phoebe@phoebejames.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of an order. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
